The manufacturing system is based on three-layer cast coextrusion. Through the unit with two chill rolls we obtain a product with high mechanical and optical properties thanks to the instantaneous cooling of the melted polythene.

The product collection process is completely automated. In this way we can absolutely guarantee that the reels do not suffer any damage or chafing.

Our revolutionary thickness meter, which is capable of taking 2,000 measurements per second and the automatic regulation of the flat head, enables us to obtain material with a thickness variation very close to zero. This guarantees customers that they will always use the same weight of film on each pallet.
