Plastifilm facilities are set in a 6.000 m2 parcel in Soria's 'Las Casas' industrial area, offering direct access to the capital turn-off – SO-30 -, and clearly visible from it.
We have ten storage silos with a total capacity of 1600 m2, that is approximately 800 tons of raw material.
The main building occupies 3.000 m2 of the field and hosts modern coextrusion cast film lines.
The collection and packing process is completely automated, which guarantees an absolute absence of damages or frictions in the reels.
We use the latest technology to measure thickness – 2.000 measurements per second, with a flat-head automatic control system -, which ensures the homogeneity of the product and, thus, makes sure the customer uses the same amount of film in every pallet.
We easily adapt to our customers requirements thanks to our production aid computerised system (SIAP).
We perform several quality controls throughout the elaboration process of every product.
